Listed is a ready-to-play beautiful Tokai (BIG) baby grand piano made in Hamamatsu, Japan, the same city where Yamaha and Kawai are manufactured. This piano has a wonderfully bright sound and a full, powerful low end due to its near-grand size.
This piano lived most of its life as a furniture piece in the seller's grandmother’s living room. It was purchased in the early 80s and tuned regularly throughout its life so relatives could play it on holidays. It was always kept in a climate and humidity controlled home.
The piano holds a tune and has been tuned regularly throughout its life. A piano tech has tested, tuned and cleaned this piano multiple times in the past 5 years. No sticky or uneven keys. All the pedals work.
Has mild aesthetic blemish on the front right corner where the previous owner accidentally ran into it in her power chair. You can barely notice it in the photos or in person unless you get close.

The updated stock list comes bi-weekly with numerous models available all in the polished ebony finish. The restoration work is exquisite and establishes each piano to as-new condition. Prices vary with the actual age of the piano and are generally about half the cost of the new pianos from a Yamaha or Kawai dealer. We have sold them for 20+ years and never had a complaint.
